When I first joined Vonage I acted as one of two project leads to implement a new applicant tracking system, Greenhouse (GH) which included: workflow design & configuration, content development, and assisting with GH data migration to our HR Information System, UltiPro. Additionally, I created communication strategies and training materials to educate teams on the new Greenhouse system and new processes.
I also manage a few programs at Vonage including our Education Assistance Reimbursement, Global Mobility & Relocation, and US Immigration cases. At any given stage in the various processes, I frequently coordinate and facilitate information sessions with employees and their managers. I've created reference guides and tools for them to easily follow along in the various processes. This is always helpful with those who are just beginning a new process or phase in their case. When it comes to Global Mobility & Immigration, I also participate in webinars and review news feeds in order to keep apprised of current trends and/or issues.
The thing I'm most passionate about at Vonage, hands down, would be continuous improvement via web design. Using Google Sites, I have created two internal facing websites and one external facing website that helps share valuable information with our employees and new hires. With my Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, I'm able to proactively identify, analyze and apply improvements for existing processes, while using my web design expertise to visually communicate the interactive enhancements. Creating RACI charts and process maps using LucidChart are crutial before any design elements happen. The end goal is to inform and and help influence decisions, and there is no better way to do so than through data and design.
